02 Head of Internal Audit (HIA) Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for managing the internal audit function, ensuring the bank's internal controls are effective, and reporting audit findings to the Audit Committee, all while aligning with the bank's strategic goals.
Expected to do the inspection / audit work of all the branches of Bank independently. He should be having good knowledge of Statutory Provisions and Regulatory requirements of RBI and RBI Instructions, Circulars and Directions etc. He should be having Knowledge of work related to compliance of all the instructions and all the requirements of all the Regulators like RBI.

03 Chartered Accountant / Manager (Credit) 1. Processing of all type of fresh /review/increase credit proposals as per TAT norms complying banks, RBI guidelines.
2. Providing support / guidance to the branches in respect of preparing of credit proposals and appraisal notes and follow up of timely submission of renewal proposals.
3. Validation of Internal credit rating.

04 Manager (HR) HR Manager is responsible for smooth functioning of a bank since he/she is in charge of getting the best out of the human resource available to the bank. The various responsibilities carried out by HR Manager are:
1. Recruitment / Transfer of Employees: : This is the most common job of the human resource department of a bank since it is very necessary to have adequate workforce at all the branches of a bank and to definite roles and responsibilities for employees posted in Head Office as well as branches according to Organizational Structure. Moreover, regular transfers are also overseen by the HR Department.
2. Arranging Training Programmes: It is the job of the HR department to organize training programmes as and when necessary in order to train the staff members regarding the present trends of banking.
3. Conducting Promotional Exercises: Timely promotion is a big attraction for many youngsters joining the banking sector. The promotional exercises are carried out by the HR Department at regular intervals in order to fill up the vacancies in the higher cadres of the bank.
4. Designing Perks and Benefits: The HR department is responsible for devising the details of perquisites and other benefits to be given to the employees. In a competitive sector like banking, it is very necessary to keep the staff happy in order to avoid attrition.

05 Branch Manager As Branch Manager you will be overall responsible for Branch development. As head of the Branch you will be responsible for overall development of the branch in terms of achieving business targets, canvassing new business, and sanctioning loans as per delegation, appraising loan proposals, developing relationship with elite customers to source new business.
1. Business Achievement : Overall business development to meet with the allocated target of Bank’s products for the branch viz. Advances, Deposits, CASA, Fee-based income etc.
2. Conveying sanction for loans up to delegated authority :You will ensure conveying fast sanctions after due appraisal for all loan proposals received from the borrowers other channels up to your delegated authority.
3. Appraisals of credit proposals: You will keep records and control, credit proposals, received from various channels beyond your delegated authority for submitting the same to concerned / respective sanctioning authority.
4. Development of the Branch :You will be responsible for performance, planning budgeting, action plan for branch development, marketing of bank services and other products. Liasioning with the prominent customers for new business referrals. To ensure best customer service is provided which enhances Bank’s image.
5. Control over loans and advances : You will be responsible for management of the advances portfolio, monitoring and control of loans and advances and ensure control over post sanction supervision.
6. Branch operations and other administrative functions : You will ensure proper distribution of work amongst employees of the branch, with proper job rotation, ensuring regular checking of exceptional reports, audit trails and other non-financial trails including monitoring of overdrawn accounts. Prompt redressal of complaints and compliance of all statutory requirements. You will also be responsible for rectification of inspection irregularities of internal audit/Concurrent audit/stock audit/statutory audit/RBI inspection. You will exercise overall control on entire affairs of the branch and safeguard branch/bank’s interest.
7. Marketing of Credit proposals : You will ensure conducting of due diligence of pre-sanction proposals, devising new products and schemes for credit, and canvas new business.
8. Submission of progress reports : You will be responsible to provide monthly progress report to Branches department.
9. Profitability : Ensure all activities must be focused with profitability of the Branch/Bank. These may be from core banking, fee base income, third party product etc.
10. Leadership Role : Must exhibit leadership skills i.e. motivational skills, Delegation skills, Conflict Management skills, Negotiation skills, mentoring and human resource management of the branch employees to achieve the desired performance of the branch.
Qualification : Commerce Post Graduate, MBA Preferred
Age : Not more than 35 years
